The term “Software” includes all copies of the SAINT Application for (1) computer program(s) and related documentation. The use of the Software is subject to all agreements such as license agreement or user agreement that accompanies or is included with the Software, ordering documents, exhibits and other terms and conditions that may apply from time to time.
The Website and all content displayed on it, including, without limitation, all software, data and information used in connection with the, including text and images, method of display and presentation, source code, embedded routines and programs and other materials are owned by SOSVIA INC. and/or its affiliates. As user, you have not acquired, and shall not at any time acquire, any ownership right, title or interest in or to the SAINT Application or the Website, except for the limited right to use the same as expressly set forth in this Terms of Use. All rights of users in and to the Website not expressly granted in this Terms of Use are reserved by SOSVIA INC. All intellectual property ownership rights over the SAINT Application or the Website and all goodwill associated with their use, shall inure to the benefit of SOSVIA INC. and/or its affiliates and are protected or in the process of being protected under worldwide copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and treaties. a. Authorized Use. SOSVIA INC. and/or its affiliates grants to each user a nonexclusive license to install the Software on one (1) computer within a single dwelling or single household. In case that additional licenses are required, each must be purchased separately through [SAINTAPP.COM] at retail cost by contacting customer support. You are entitled to make one copy of the Software computer program for personal backup purposes only.
b. Restrictions. You MAY NOT, and may not authorize or permit any other person to:
(1) Copy (other than once for personal backup purposes), distribute, rent, lease, license or otherwise dispose of all or any portion of the Software ;
(2) Modify or prepare derivative works of the Software or any portion thereof;
(3) Use the Software or any portion thereof in a computer based services business or publicly display visual output of the Software or any portion thereof;
(4) Transmit the Software over a network, by telephone, or electronically using any means; or
(5) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software . You agree to keep confidential and use your best efforts to prevent and protect the contents of the Software from unauthorized disclosure or use.
(6) Claim the ownership over the Website or the Software or challenge the validity or enforceability of SOSVIA INC. and/or its affiliates’ rights therein.
(7) Permit, allow, or cause others, through any act, omission, right, or obligation, to disparage, degrade, alter or dilute the Website or use the same in a manner that is illicit, immoral, unethical, or would constitute or cause the existence of a violation of any law.

5. Termination.
The Software Product and documentation, including any product packaging, (“Documentation”) that accompanies this license is the property of SOSVIA INC. and/or the SAINT Application or its licensors, and is protected by copyright law. Your acceptance of these Terms of Use permits certain rights to use the Software only and exclusively during the Service Period.
The “Service Period” shall begin on the date of your initial purchase of the Software, and shall last for the period of time set forth in the applicable transaction documents pursuant to which the Software was acquired. These Terms of Use are effective until the Service Period has concluded. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software, including all computer programs and documentation, and erasing any copies residing on your computer equipment. These Terms of Use also will terminate if you do not comply with any terms or conditions herein provided or specified in the Website. Upon such termination you agree to destroy the Software and erase all copies residing on your computer equipment.
6. Installation and Limited Software Warranty.
You are responsible for installation, management, and operation of the Software.
This Warranty last only for 30 days starting from the date of download and installation, this warranty does not cover the damage caused by improper use of this software or neglect. We do not warrant that the content of the Software will be error free. The entire risk as to the result and performance of the Software is assumed by you.
