Can SAINT be easily uninstalled or deactivated from the computer?
All of the Saint application files have been encrypted and are very secure. Users will NOT be able to alter or manipulate the SAINT filter. A user who intends to alter or uninstall the application needs to know the password.
Will the SAINT application slow down my connection speed?
No. The SAINT application has been thoroughly tested and has shown no decrease in connection speed or performance.The SAINT application’s bandwidth use and website analysis response time is only milliseconds and is transparent to the user. Hard drive space required is 9MB.
Can I install SAINT on multiple computers?
Yes. You may install SAINT on multiple computers. You will need to purchase a license for each computer. A single user lisence is only valid for one computer installation.
How do I uninstall SAINT Lite Edition?
* Click Start
* Click on Settings
* Open Control Panel
* Open Add or Remove Programs.
* Left click ’Saint application’ and click the ‘change/remove’ button.
* Be sure to click ‘yes to all’.
* Introduce your password
* Restart your computer and the changes will take affect
What if I lose my password to the SAINT filter, how can I recover it?
If you lose or forget your password, you must contact us at saintapp.com/support/ and submit a request with the subject ¨Lost my password¨. In order to help us maintain your security, we ask that you include the purchase order number in the text of your request. We
will promptly send your password to the email address registered on your account.
Does the SAINT Lite Edition work for any browser?
Yes. The SAINT application is compatible with any web browser.
Does SAINT work on my Windows Vista Computer?
Yes. SAINT is compatible with Windows Vista (32 Bits)
Does SAINT work on my Windows 7 Computer?
Yes. It works under Windows 7 (32 Bits)
Does SAINT work on my Mac Computer?
No. We are currently working on a version of SAINT for Mac that will be released in the Spring 2011.
